Alicia Trautwein is an autistic educator, writer, and speaker whose work focuses on education, disability, and public understanding. As the creator of The Mom Kind and a contributor to Autism Parenting Magazine, she helps families and schools navigate education systems, IEPs, and the unwritten rules that shape autistic lives.

Drawing on her experience as an autistic mother of autistic children, she connects history, policy, and lived experience to make school and services more accessible for neurodivergent families. She also creates short‑form educational content on TikTok and other platforms, explaining news, history, and school systems through a neurodivergent lens.
